How does Snap Pea Grocery Delivery work?
We do the shopping so you don't have to! Our online grocery shopping and delivery service creates a convenient way to stock your vacation lodging in Jackson Hole, Teton Village, or Wilson, Wyoming. By working with your property management company or hotel we can schedule deliveries prior to your arrival so that your experience is hassle-free!
Can I add extra items to one of your packages?
Absolutely! Our packages are designed to create ease, but our goal is to deliver exactly what you need to make your vacation perfect. We don't accept substitutions, but you are able to request additional items on your order form.
Can I order alcoholic beverages with my groceries?
Yes! We work with The Liquor Store of Jackson Hole to provide alcohol delivery for an additional $15. Click here to find out how to add alcohol to your order.
How much does Snap Pea Grocery Delivery cost?
We charge a $35 delivery fee on all orders in Jackson, Teton Village, and Wilson. The shopping fee is included in the cost of our grocery packages. We will include additional products on your grocery list for the cost of items plus a 30% shopping fee.
When and how do I pay?
A $35 delivery fee will be charged at checkout to secure your delivery. All other charges will be included in your final invoice.
After we receive your order, we will send a credit card authorization form via email within 1 business day to securely store your card on file. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED to confirm your delivery.
There will be a 3.5% surcharge added to invoices paid by credit card, however, we'll give you 5 days after your delivery to pay your invoice via ACH bank transfer if you prefer to avoid the fee! After those 5 days, we'll charge your card on file to complete payment.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Online grocery delivery orders must be placed at least 2 days before your delivery date. Next-day and same-day deliveries will be subject to an expedite fee, but please call us to check our availability. We'll do our best to fit you in!
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
No problem! Simply respond to your confirmation email with any changes/additions to your order and we'd be happy to update your grocery list. We accept any changes prior to the day of your delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations for a $20 cancellation fee no later than 2 days prior to your delivery date. Please call us at 307-264-0770 or email email@example.com to cancel your grocery delivery.
My accommodations aren't located in Jackson, Wilson, or Teton Village. Can I still order grocery delivery?
Delivery may be available to surrounding areas upon availability for an additional mileage fee. Give us a call or shoot us an email and we'd love to chat!
What if I need more items during my stay?
